Dr Olubukola AGBOOLA

Dr. Olubukola Oyebimpe Agboola is a lecturer in the Department of Biological Sciences, College of Natural and Applied Sciences, McPherson University, Nigeria. She was born in Oluponna, Aiyedire local government area of Osun State.
Dr Agboola obtained her Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) in the Department of Biochemistry, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye while she obtained her Master of Science (M. Sc.), Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) and Doctor of Philosophy at the Department of Biochemistry University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria. She is a member of Society of Experimental Biology, Nigeria and Nigerian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
She has taught an appreciable number of courses at all levels in Biochemistry. Her research interest includes drug metabolism and toxicology, phytomedicine and discovery of chemopreventive agents with several articles in reputable journals.
Dr Agboola is a recipient of the Thomas Bassir Biomedical Foundation Small Research Grant in 2016. She loves reading and traveling.
