Dr. Annabella ADEWUNMI

Dr. Annabella Adewunmi is a PhD holder in Food/Industrial Microbiology and a lecturer in the department of Biological Sciences of McPherson University. She has special research interest in the area of Mycotoxins in food, Food Safety and Food Security.

She is a member of the Nigerian Society for Microbiology, American Society for Microbiology and also a member of the  Association of Industrial Microbiologist of Nigeria. As a Mycotoxicologist, She has published several research papers on mycotoxins in food and biocontrol strategies to mitigate them. Below are her social media links:
