Throughout his career,he has navigated the complexities of tertiary institution management, holding senior leadership roles at the Federal University of Technology, Akure and College of Education Ikere-Ekiti now Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology, Ikere-Ekiti.
\nHis versatile expertise spans the full spectrum of Tertiary Institutions Administration, including Council Affairs, Academic Planning, Personnel Management, and admissions and Statistics.<\/p>\n

A lifelong leaner,he holds B.A.in Philosophy from the University of Ado-Ekiti now Ekiti State University,Ado Ekiti,an M.Ed.in Educational Administration and Planning, University of Calabar,and Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism from International Institute of Journalism,Abuja.

The Unit serves as the University\u2019s official communication channel, ensuring the timely, accurate, and consistent dissemination of information to internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n

The Unit oversees media relations, institutional branding, publicity, and stakeholder engagement, and coordinates the University\u2019s presence across traditional and digital media platforms. It also facilitates the coverage and documentation of academic, administrative, and social activities, highlighting the University\u2019s achievements and contributions to national development.<\/p>\n

In addition, the Unit undertakes documentation and research functions, including the systematic archiving of institutional records, publications, photographs, and audiovisual materials. These activities support institutional memory, historical preservation, policy development, and evidence-based decision-making.<\/p>\n

The Information and Public Relations Unit operates directly under the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and is headed by a Director, who provides strategic leadership and ensures that all communication, documentation, and research activities align with the University\u2019s vision, mission, and core values.<\/p>\n
