All is now set as McPherson University, Seriki Sotayo, Ogun State, prepares for her inaugural induction ceremony of her first set of Nursing Graduates into the Nursing Profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
The event billed for the University’s Multipurpose Hall on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 by 10:00 a.m., is expected to attract relevant stakeholders in the education sector, friends of the University from all walks of life, and the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dr. Dorothy ODETOLA, FWAPCNM, of the Department of Community Health Nursing, College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, will be speaking on, “Advancing Frontiers In Nursing Education And Practice: Effect of Japa Syndrome On Sub-Saharan Africa”, in view of the national concern for brain drain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meanwhile, the Registrar, Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria, Alhaji(Dr.) Faruk Abubakar, is expected to grace this momentous occasion, where the fresh graduates will be inducted into the much-sought Nursing Profession as Registered Nurses(RN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is on record that the University’s first set of Nursing graduates came out with flying colors in the Nursing Council Examination held recently, which is an attestation of her commitment to building a new generation of nurses that would impact positively the global community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The University Management welcomes all invited guests, members of staff and students, as it celebrates this milestone.
