Brief Profile
Dr. Oke is a Senior Lecturer, Medical Laboratory Scientist and Researcher with extensive experience in teaching, training and research, particularly in medical microbiology and biomedical sciences. He holds a PhD in Medical Microbiology from Redeemer’s University, Nigeria, as well as multiple master’s degrees and diplomas in immunology, biomedical science, procurement, and supply chain management.
His academic and professional career includes several honours and recognitions, among them the Excellence and Productivity in Performance Award presented by McPherson University in 2024 and Best Poster Presentation awards at the Institute of Biomedical Science Congress in the United Kingdom in 2019 and 2022. He has also received international travel awards from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the American Society for Microbiology. He currently serves as Chairman, Board of Trustees, University of Wolverhampton Alumni Association, Nigeria.
