What are we?
The Registry is a central administrative organ of McPherson University, Seriki-Sotayo, Ogun State, and is responsible for the coordination and management of the University’s academic and non-academic administrative affairs. It provides critical support for effective governance and the efficient running of the institution.
The Registry handles matters relating to Council, Senate and Committee proceedings, personnel administration, records management, appointments and promotions, admissions documentation, examinations processing, and the maintenance of staff and student records. It also provides administrative guidance to Faculties, Colleges, Departments, Units and Centres in line with the University’s statutes, policies and regulatory requirements.
The Registry is staffed by qualified and experienced administrative personnel. Registry staff are deployed across the University to serve in various capacities, including Secretaries, Administrative Assistants, Clerical Officers and College Officers, to support administrative functions and ensure effective service delivery at all levels.
The Registry is headed by the Registrar of the University, who serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary to the Governing Council, Senate and other statutory committees. In line with the vision and mission of McPherson University, the Registry is committed to professionalism, integrity, efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
