Mr. Kehinde Lawanson is an accomplished executive director, seasoned corporate and investment banker, and corporate governance specialist with decades of leadership experience across Nigeria's leading financial institutions and multinational corporations.
Mr. Lawanson earned his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos.
A lifelong learner, he has undergone executive education at some of the world’s most prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School (of which he is an alumnus), Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Stanford Graduate School of Business, Saïd Business School (University of Oxford), and Manchester Business School. He also completed a postgraduate program at the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) in Vienna, Austria, further strengthening his expertise in ethics, compliance, and corporate governance.

Mr. Lawanson is an authority in the banking industry, where he rose to the position of Executive Director. Throughout his banking tenure, he specialized in asset creation, financial advisory, product development, channel management, and large-scale corporate financing.
Beyond banking, Mr. Lawanson has served on the boards of leading organizations, including the Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC). He has also served as the National Chairman of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN).
