The Management of McPherson University,Seriki Sotayo,Ogun State has approved a two-day capacity building seminar for all categories of staff in its employ to enhance effective and efficient service delivery.

The seminar will hold from Tuesday,14 – Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at the University Multipurpose Hall from 9:00 a.m daily, and it is expected to attract seasoned administrators and distinguished scholars from the ivory tower whose wealth of experience would be handy.
The theme of the onboarding seminar is: “Work Culture and Unique Practices of a 21st Century University”, which will be delivered by Miss Adefunke Fola Oyinloye, an astute administrator, coach, mentor and an erstwhile Registrar of Landmark University,Omu-Aran, Kwara State.
Other sub-themes will be presented on engaging topics relevant to University administration in the 21st Century by well chosen facilitators from diverse backgrounds.
Meanwhile, Management has declared the onboarding seminar mandatory for all staff as they are expected to attend same punctually .
