ICT Directorate is in charge of managing all ICT related services at McPherson University.

We manage student portal, university website and McU WiFi and hardware procured by the university to facilitate learning on campus.

Everyone should note that ICT only offers TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE on ICT related issues. For example if you have issues about payment on your portal, go to Bursary, if you cannot view your result or there’s error on your course form, complain to your HOD BUT if you cannot login to your portal then contact ICT.

Apart from Student portal we offer four (4) independent services to all students.
